Recovery from controlling environment/relationships
While I work with a diverse range of issues, one of my specialities is supporting those navigating recovery from cults or other controlling groups/relationships.

I recognize that finding informed support can be challenging, disheartening and isolating. In working with former cult members/those recovering from coercive control, we will together help make sense of your experience and support an empowering path forward. My role is to support you transforming confusion into clarity and isolation into feeling connected both to yourself and others through long-term therapy. I work within a non-religious lens; however, I honour the role faith plays in healing and invite this into therapy for those wishing to incorporate faith in healing.
